my suggestion is dont put that tick for port randomization.just use a port greater than 13000 and use only that port.

No machan it wont work.. coz in some torrent programes, if you hibernate the PC and power it on or restart / power off n on the modem or reconnect the net, port gets closed (specially if u are using a router!).. and the torrent programe stays as it is.. port is closed and has to be opened.. so alternatively + easily, u can use another port (as there is no option in bittorrent to 're-open port')
