- 1lb of macaroni(i used this one because this is the one i had)
you can also use this(I recommend this)
- Vegitable oil
- Salt
-Garlic(these are chopped garlic but u can also use the fresh ones)
- Ginger
- Carrot
- Spring Onion
- Chili Sauce
- Tomato Sauce(i used the first one because there's Basil in it, it gives you the taste of pasta)
You can also use this

Step 1
Boil water and cook macaroni until its soft. Add some salt to it while its cooking(meanwhile you can prepare the mixture).
Step 2
Cut the spring onion.(I used about 10 of them, if you're using leeks i recommend only one).
Step 3
I used only one carrot(It depends on the size of the carrot). Grate the carrot(It was easier that's why i used the grater. You can cut it as well)
Step 4
Cut the ginger in to small pieces, also if you're using fresh garlic cut them in to small pieces as well)
Most IMPORTANT thing is to check your macaroni dont let it to be too soft!
Once its cooked drain and keep aside.
Step 5
Add 2 and 1/2 tbsp oil to frying pan.
Step 6
Once the oil is hot enough, add ginger and 1 tsp of garlic.
Step 7
Once the ginger and garlic came to a golden color, add the carrot and the spring onion.
Step 8
Add 4 tbsp of tomato sauce.
Step 9
Add 2 tbsp of chili sauce and mix it well.
Step 10
Once the carrot and the spring onion is cooked, add the macaroni to the mixture. Mix it well.
