When i contact paypal they say Sri Lanka government not allowing them to receive payments here. I'm not really sure about that coz government allow paypal to take money out of sri lanka but not allow to take in, strange.
Anyway since alertpay and all other systems work here, i think paypal should allow receiving money atleast from normal methods like cheques.

correct,i contact a central bank officer and he also confirm it
