The casket holding the remains of slain Army Intelligence chief Lt.Col.Muthalif
being accompanied by grieving and shocked relations and friends, to the Dehiwala Jumma Mosque.

The casket taken over by sombre faced service comrades. In the immediate background,His wife, standing at right of his son in picture, looks on.

The gun carriage as full military honours are accorded - relations and friends follow.

After religious rites ( Janaza Prayers) friends and devotees carry the casket to the burial site.

Farewell to a friend and brother - the gun salute booms out a heart-felt goodbye as his remains are lowered into the grave.

Army top brass condolences cant console a grieving wife.
