Sri Lanka Railway Station Masters have decided to go for a ceaseless strike with effect from 28th of this month.
K.V Jayasena, Chairman of the Station Masters union said that they have taken this decision as four of their main problems are still unresolved. According to the Chairman salary anomaly is the main problem.
The Station Masters union hopes to get the support of other railway unions for the ceaseless work stoppage.
If the government wants to stop this strike they have enough time to do it, the Railway Station Masters union said.
