Sri Lanka should adopt 13 month pay and 5 weeks holiday like EU

Sri Lanka should adopt EU like pay with 13month pay , that is every 4 weekly pay and 5 weeks holiday . Most of outsourcing companies not give give Public and Bank holidays in the country. Government should only charge EPF and ETF from company not from employees salaries. If government wants it could add National Insurace tax on every people employed to the company itself which can pay for Schools, University and Hospitals.
