It should not be dependent on US Dollar in Reserve currency. Sri Lanka should focus on exports to other markets apart from USA they should be given incentive. Sri Lankan Rupee should be internationally traded. We do not need obsolete 1960 navel craft ,the cost of decommisioning is high that is why it is dumped to Sri Lankan Navy.</blockquote>
