Most of the contents which is required are Local Pages from Sri Lanka. Which Internet bandwidth is not required. We need a Local bandwidth inter connectivity between ISPs not Connectivity through Internet.Local Intranet should not be charged. To improve digital connectivity in this country. Because most of the time the bandwidth is laying idle. Local TVs and radio can be streamed on this bandwidth.
Secondly Most content that people see is South Asian. We need a separate connectivity between all of South Asia in a separate cable instead of Internet.Youtube servers should be localized to avoid internet surcharges.
Thirdly Balance Internet bandwidth would be as same as before.
nearly 70% of content used by users are local and South Asian, only a 30% us used by internet. Why waste when things can cost very less.
