Only lunatics will invest in this country. People are taking money out of this country. Withholding tax is hurting nonresident ,as well as resident sri lankans who want to buy a house in sri lanka.No one will ever put money in saving account in Sri Lanka, when they can save abroad. Even Payee taxation is hurting people the most. Every individual is affected. Government should first pay back IMF and send them packing out of Sri Lanka. Otherwise come next election we know what to do.
