Kudos to SL health service. I did my sabbatical just recently at Lady Ridgeway Children's Hospital. Hats off to hard working staff- medical nursing ancillary- all of them. Amazing place. True reflection of how tax payers money is spent on people. There were no managers. That is what high income countries can learn!
