Star Points Help!

Guys I got a dialog connection for an year now and and I'm a complete noob for phones,
From the day I bought this connection I'm receiving messages saying I have earned star points,Today I checked it with #107# and I got 498.26 points!
And 122.65 going to expire soon!
Problem is I have no idea what the hell it is,and what I can do with these points!
Can I redeem them and buy more calling time! Please guys tell me what can I do with them and how to spend them! Can I get money from them?

Why don't you call customer care. I heard they have really really I mean realllly good customer care service.

if you have 498.26, you can redeem 398Rs. The expiration is on 31st of December. there are set of merchants where you can redeem points. check for dialog's web for the merchant list. plus you can pay any dialog bill. In future don't forget to ask for points when you do a transaction on the merchants with star points. for every 100Rs you can earn 1 point.gud luck.
