It's completely possible to do it all by yourself (business කඩන්න කියනවා නෙවෙයි). Plenty of Youtube videos and blogs are there to guide you. If you are interested in studying in Germany, start from Daad website. Pick a program and a few universities that offer the selected program. Then prepare the necessary documents and submit (apply for multiple universities so that you'll definitely receive admission for at least one). Put your heart and soul into preparing your applications + supporting documents, ඕක ගොඩ දාගත්තම half is done so work hard for it!
Once you get the admission, apply for the visa with All the necessary documents. This is the second and the final step so you'll have to put a similar effort as you did when preparing university applications. And that's it. This is the gist of the whole process and completely possible to manage by your own. Good luck මචං!
