Students chastised for smoking cannabis

Eleven students were chastised by the Colombo magistrate for allegedly smoking cannabis. The students from several different leading National and International schools were fined Rs. 2,000 each and advised to behave properly, for if caught in the future they would be jailed.

idiots..... cant they do it without get caught.....lol... just kidding.... under age smoke cant accepted. they should be fined more than this....but poor parents have to pay that.
