No you can't show fixed assets as a money. You need money for at least 18 months (rest you can show by fixed assets)

Eg: If your course duration time is 3 years then you need & want to show money for first 1.5 years (compulsory) and rest from fixed assets .

I got to know these from BC organized UK Pre-Departure event . British embassy VISA officer told it to us .
