It should be Gamini who should get out next week. He has been in the contest far too long, much longer than he deserved. He and Nadini are responsible for Buddhika's elimination from the contest. For me Buddhika was the best in terms of singing talent, although not in terms of performing on stage.

Of the remaining 4, there is no doubt Surendra is the best. I am canvassing for him in my work place, & have promised my friends a grand lunch if he wins !

As for the dosthara putha, he has great talent, but why on earth is he wriggling so much on stage to sing a song ? I dont even remember his voice, b'cos he tries to sing Jothi's songs in Jothi's voice, Amaradeva's songs in Amaradeva's voice, Walpola's songs in Walpola's voice etc: Last week he ruined Walpola's immortal song 'May saumya rathriya" Why cant he keep his own identity as a singer ? No wonder he came to the bottom 3 last week. But my wish is that he should come to the final 3, because he IS talented.

Having said all this, I am sure all our wishes may be in vain, if sirasa resorts to their dirty game again of promoting their own choice, who I think is Amila. ( I agree that she has improved a lot & is very talented ) Sirasa always tries to create controversy, so that the progamme is talked about. They always do what the public least expect. Did u not notice this in the latest ad. on TV showing "sss vedios for the future ". All the 12 finalists are listed in the order they were eliminated, starting from the bottom. Nadini was correctly listed 5th on the chopping list even before she was actually out. Gamini is next ( as we expect) pradeep next, surendra next, & amila is the last to be eliminated ! What do u understand from this listing order ? So dont be surprised if Amila is crowned on the 27th October !

Sirasa is capable of any fraud as long as they can fill their kitty. They dont give a damn about the sms we send. I think we are taken for a jolly good ride by this sms fraud. Just think about it .

However I hope & pray my prediction is wrong, & surendra is crowned the king !

You fully deserve it Suren for the great entertainment you have given us over the past few months. And no body else can match your husky romantic voice.

Surendra is by far the best.... even when compared to Season 1...
There's no match for him....I feel he could be the next H.R.Jothipala..
He should have proper guidance...
I feel the song given to him by Sirasa.. "Sanda Meedume" is not quite enough
to show his talent and his powerful voice...
He should sing positive kind of songs like ones which Jothipala sang...

well we can't jump to conclusions that say pradeep can't be superstar because he is a doctor and Amila won't be the one because she is a girl. In case you haven't noticed that this is a singing competition where rules don't say one have consider one's profession or gender when voting.
All the same Surendra is the best.
