Our company wants an online survey to measure client feedbacks
Its actually like a feedback measurement form where we can analyze customer feedbacks and ratings of our agents monthly wise
We need to do it via C#, php or by using Lime Survey
If you're palnning to do it with C# or php, you need to make the DB with an appropriate DB software like MySQL
The main functions that we want....
1. Measure the overall agent ratings
2. Measure the ratings by hotel wise
3. Measure the overall tour guide ratings
You may can have an idea when you see this Feedback form
I want this same exact form
In addition you can see the hotel standards topic
In there i want to add all the hotels as a drop down menu and when customers selects one hotel, the page has to redirect to the page where they can mark the rating as shown as page 2 and page 5
Customer should be able to add maximum 8 hotels
I think you guys got my idea
When customer visits 5 hotels, he has to enter the ratings for 5 hotels
then he can go to next questionnaire
