So i hv experienced all the viu hub versions, n what i can conclude is that viu hub 2.0 is much more responsive and fast. Thanks to the latest amlogic chipset. The remote was one heck of an upgrade from from d old one, essential apps r easily accessible n no hiccups. The problems i came across is that the EPG isnt so called optimized. Like sometimes the UI crashes when the catchup option is selected several times. Also some past programmes cannot be viewed in the catchup section due to unknown reasons (hv experienced many times with local channels such as derana, itn, hiru, etc...). No PVR and PiP facilities. Picture quality wise i really cannot comment cz i hv used the normal HD box as well as viu hub 1.0, on my FHD tv, no noticable quality difference. Same old dialog tv SD quality.At first it took sometime for my family members (specially my grandparents) to move from viu hub 1.0 (more like peotv) to viu 2.0 as the UI was a complete swap and complicated. Literally got scolded for changing to this <img class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" alt="😅" title="Grinning face with sweat    :sweat_smile:" src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/6.6/png/unicode/64/1f605.png" data-shortname=":sweat_smile:" />. They are still not fluent with navigating to rewind n catchup options cz i know its not that easy.Moving on to peotv, I have not used it bt i have experienced it in many places. The UI n EPG seems very polished. Peotv being an IPTV since day one, they know whats best. Anyway their packages r trash with limited number of channels compared to dialogtv packages. Only plus point is that peotv has a better image quality no matter what. The details are so crisp even if its SD.Customer care is something that needs to be mentioned. With my experience, i must say that dialog has a way better customer care than slt.Final thoughts. I personally prefer viu hub 2.0 as it got all those premium features like free VOD along with android tv, apart from traditional rewind and catch up facilities, but accessibility wise its peotv.</blockquote>
