T20 final on big screen?

guys is the final be gonna be shown in the big screen at parliament grounds? or do u guys know any other place ? i also heard a t20 carnival at CH n FC which is organized by tnl and LITE.any of u know any details about that ?I'm planning to watch it with my friends .
