I don't think that'll happen.
Currently in Sri Lanka, to claim the ownership, one has to buy atleast 30% of the total amount of shares.
Dialog didn't release even 30% at their IPO as I can remember.
So who ever buys the low rate shares, cannot claim the ownership in theory.
