Well hacking is not an option if the servers are mirrored... a DoS attack IS possible (just set your browser to refresh the page every 5 seconds) and if 2000+ people do it that server will go down... the thing is... I don't think the law would punish us... I mean... "People sent to prison for attacking LTTE website?"
