Tax in Sri Lanka

I think its not suitable for insult president, because of tax system in Sri Lanka.. This is not only my Idea machanZZZ..
Sri Lanka is not a rich country, even though Sri Lanka give

1- Free education (paying for thousands of teachers every month) schools and universities,
2- Free medicine in many government hospitals and pay for nurses, doctors there(lot of)
3- and give salaries for non profitable SL government offices and military units
- SL police
- SL army,air force,navy (lot of troops)
- for ministers
- and some other

above are main and have some other

machan itin tax nati unot mewa karanna lankawata salli kohenda ???????

brand new car parts import tax is 45% 2L and above vehicle import tax is 400% lol
