Degree doesn't matter as long as you are good at what you do.But keep presence online to get through interviews. If your online presence is good recruiters will get to you. Technology evolves and It takes time to grab these IT stuff and when you get older and have family responsibilities time runs fast.If you are still young keep that in mind. learn and develop management skills when you grow older.It might be stressful but it will give you time to spend with family.Just my 2 cents.</p></blockquote><p></p>
