Technical Advice Request for my Corolla

Recently I have Toyota Corolla EE-96 car and (M.Y.1991) it run around 2,600,00 Km now, car is still in good running condition but i notice that engine heat
little bit higher than other vehicle but heater meter show in 25% and not boil or other issue.only problem is engine hood worm unnecessarily and when it heat pulling power little bit down.i had replace fan belt and clean the radiator as well,according to my knowledge radiator fan in good condition so please advice to solve this heat issue

First of all, make sure there is enough coolant fluid in the system. To do so, look at the fluid level on the expansion tank, which should be somewhere between “Min” and “Max”. Also, you can check the level in the radiator if it has a visible cap at the top. Be aware though, don’t open that cap if the engine is hot because under-pressure steam might burst out and cause you severe injuries.

If the water levels are OK, check if the thermostat works. The thermostat is like a valve that opens at a certain temperature to allow the coolant into the radiator to cool off. To see if it works, locate it, take it out and boil it to see if it opens.

If there is no water in the system, replenish it and check for leaks. If you don’t have engine coolant and you’re in an emergency, use just some clean water, but don’t forget to flush the system and replenish it with 50-50 water and coolant (antifreeze).

Also, don’t forget to check the water pump for leaks or incorrect functioning. If there are strange noises or squeaks coming from it, this can signal its wear and low efficiency.

Another check you can perform is verifying if the electric radiator fan works. It should normally kick in when the engine gets hot. If not, check its fuse and replace it with a new one. If that’s not the issue, the electric motor might be toasted.

i check with radiator mechanic there is no issue about radiator and fans but there is no thermostat valve in engine, i had check all other of this check list ,all are working good condition

ok, in that case something to do with the engine.

also better take a 2nd opinion also from another source
