Fact 2: Because of Fact 1, Tarzan doesn't know how to use razors.
Fact 3:Women dont grow breads
Fact 4: Men grow breads.

Now after anaylising all the facts, you must agree that the only answer to this question is TARZAN IS A WOMAN!!
