It's the only game that had combined gameplay and storyline so perfectly, and you get to love the characters too, so the end of the last episode was rather sad for me.. (anyone who played it will know what I'm talking about).

It practically defined storytelling in video games, and introduced complete player immersion.

Totally agree.. Half Life is the best.. I like HL-2 better than 1 though...

Theres another new game like that now... Its called 'Alone in the Dark'..supposed to be better than prophecy..

ALICE

Made by EA games some 10 odd years ago !

I still.. yes (STILL) play that game when ever I get a chance. It's pretty crazy sort of a game.. pretty pretty crazy and a total abnormal game.

I never played anything like that still.. for the whole fricking ten years or so. I guess that's why I really still like it.
