The general consensus is that the middle age is about 50 years but according to worlddata.info, global average life expectancy is 68 years.

So, doesn't that mean the middle age is like 34 - 35 years?

So the middle age range for Sri Lankan males is like 36-38 right
The middle age is debatable and somewhat arbitrary.
According to the Oxford or Cambridge dictionary it's
"the period of your life, usually considered to be from about 45 to 60 years old, when you are no longer young, but are not yet old"

The clinicians go a step further and call Early Middle Age (ages 35--44), Late Middle Age (ages 45--64).

Umba kiyana middle age ekai aththa middle age i.e. based on life expentency kiyana ekai dekak. Mama hitanne life ekey phase ekak tama middle age kiyanne.

Mama hitanne oka awilla hariyata hari mada kiyana eka newi.

after 50 or so you start to loose most of your shit which means you are nearing the end. but the end can span 30 40 years but that doesn't mean it will make your "middle age" something else.

Looking at the people of Sri Lanka, middle age is a time when most of the body's organs are partially damaged or becoming so. We define health as taking medicine when sick.
