I went to the nugegoda branch to buy a note 9 on 2 nd of july. I went their from kadawatha because they had good reviews and also it is a sinhalese shop eventhough there are other places which offered more competitive prices.
They said they have to bring down the phone from the Nugegoda branch which will only take around 15 minutes.
After waiting for more than 1 and half hour since the phone was not arrived i came home because i was pissed at them.
After coming home i directly contacted Mr. FOSHEN who is the owner of the shop and told him what has happened via Facebook.
Then he asked for my contact number and personally called me and apologised for the inconvenience caused and explained to me what has happened. (Delivery guy messed up)
Also he went the extra mile and offered me a tempered glass worth rs4000 free of charge for my inconvenience even though i didn't buy the phone from them.
Therefore i think he should be commended for his effort and acknowledging their fault.
So guys if u are in market for a new smartphone Go and check them out. You will be treated right.
