There is no Cost Control department in Sri Lanka in any organisation!

There is Accounting department in most of the organization. There is no Cost Control Department in any organization. Accounting department cannot stop escalating cost of projects in this country.There should be a Cost Control Department in Construction industry. Even Sri Lankan Airlines should have one, RDA should also have it too.This department will reduce losses to organisation. They will find ways to tame the cost escalation.
