Yes.. I saw the report a few days ago.... What can you say? Can you ever have any hope of improving this country with 90 lakhs of imbeciles over the age of 18? Don't blame the politicians.

I know what the problem is. I see it similar to a syndrome.
In order for something to be done, our people have to wait until a situation gets deteriorated to the core.

Ex:

To get an answer for garbage issue, we had to wait until the Meetotamulla disaster.

To end a war it took 30 years or a long wait until LTTE building airplanes.

Hence, a good management system won’t be implemented until the cream of intellectuals go abroad.
