    Yes.. I saw the report a few days ago.... :( What can you say? Can you ever have any hope of improving this country with 90 lakhs of imbeciles over the age of 18? Don't blame the politicians.
    I know what the problem is. I see it similar to a syndrome.
    In order for something to be done, our people have to wait until a situation gets deteriorated to the core.

    Ex:

    To get an answer for garbage issue, we had to wait until the Meetotamulla disaster.

    To end a war it took 30 years or a long wait until LTTE building airplanes.

    Hence, a good management system won’t be implemented until the cream of intellectuals go abroad.
