In authentic Hadith collections (such as Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim), his wife Aisha bint Abi Bakr narrated how she cleaned traces of semen (mani) from the Prophet's clothing:
Washing when wet: Aisha reported that when the semen was still wet, she would wash it off with water, and the Prophet would go out to lead the prayer while water marks were still visible on his clothing.
Scraping/rubbing when dry: Aisha reported that if the semen had already dried on his clothing, she would scrape (fark or hakk) or rub it off with her fingernails or hands, after which he would pray while wearing that same garment.
She was betrothed/married to Muhammad when she was 6 or 7 years old.
The marriage was consummated when she was 9 years old.
She remained with him until his death, at which point she was 18 years old.
