Thunderbolt to HDMI converter not detecting

Guys, I have an Acer predator Helios 300 laptop and recently I bought 2 moniters, but the issue is USB-c. HDMI port working without any issue, but thunderbolt (mini display) port not detecting after connecting with a thunderbolt to HDMI converter. I have searched this in multiple forms, but none of contains a working solution. What are the issue guys in here. pls help !!

What's the converter you are using? You probably have a MiniDisplay port 1.4 on the notebook. The issue could be the converter.

i have tried three conveters now. seems no any solutions. as you guys said i have tried mini display converter also.
