Tiles vs Terrazzo vs Titanium Flooring

I’m planning flooring and trying to decide between tiles, terrazzo, and titanium flooring.

I’m interested in:

- Durability over time
- Maintenance (cleaning, repairs, cracking, etc.)
- Cost vs long-term value
- How they feel for everyday living (heat, comfort, noise)


If you’ve lived with any of these or installed them yourself, I’d really appreciate hearing:

Use tiles. the initial cost will be higher, but they are hassle-free and virtually have no cost in maintenance.
