click start -> run type "GPedit.msc"
in computer configuration navigate
Windows Settings
Security Settings
Software Restriction Policies
by default there will not be any Policies.
Right click Software Restriction Policies and select "Create New Policies"
then Right click on "Additional Rules" and Select New "Hash Rule"
click browse and navigate to the location of the virus file and select it and click "open" button
Ex: c:\Windows\System32\Explorar.exe
(This is the file for Mahasona virus)
Make sure the "Security level" is Disallowed
Click Apply and OK
Now your system will never run this file even location changed.
