'US' means you and me. 'OTHERS' means the people who have privileges more than as much as they required.
'US' have so many serious problems. Such as, having enough food, transport, living etc.
'OTHERS' also have their problems. Such as, am I going to get what kind of a minister post, what would be my next vehicle, when can I have my next foreign tour etc.
Both parties have their own problems.
'US' are mainly responsible for 'OTHERS' problems.

Therefore kindly 'US' have to bear with their problems.
