Okay, it says ranking is based on safety, health care, cost of living, climate and more, so I assume these should take high proportions.

Safety - excellent. No wars.

Health care - free + good private facilities available + no shortages like we had in 2022 ( quality questionable )

Cost of living - still very low

Climate - not extreme. Either only heavy rain or humid (max 3 4 months)

Financials? - stable
Human indexes? - best in the region

Gota Did best (part 2) . He was ranked top in countering Covid 19 when we had even very low vaccination !
Loook Russia (G8) and Thailand, Vietnam, and even countries like Indonesia are much better
You can manipulate statistics to get the result you want.
Biggest Joke other than some media shows now shown in Tv just to boost govt . (this is quite opposite to tarnish our image abroad)
We have universal free health care (who can boast this not even UK (NHS) or US some do but not in the numbers we have!) , Free education including University (not China, UK or US all economic powers). Life expectancy is high and infant mortality low eradicated Polio, Malaria etc. Our immunization was taken as Role Model for World (for this we got chair at WHO (presidency for a year!)
too much to write (76 years of so called curse !!)
Match the above if you can and as middle income country we are punching above out weight!

It is correct that we fell in to default but that was also due to foolishness of our voters who voted an inexperienced President who mishandled the economy and declared bankrupt. But this is a situation that was avoidable then and again now.. This is and issue to rank us low. Similarly National Security !! and corruption , transparency (appointment of cronies disregarding merits! eg Auditor Gen, past CB Governors (AS Jayawardena, Sunil Mendis, Cabral, Mahendran) are some chronic issues we need change.
