so WiMX cud be used via CDMA....will it be costlier ? wat abt da availability ? like region

WIMAX is different. It has nothing to do with CDMA phones. I think SLT will give priority to rural areas where they can't/haven't drawn fibre optic rings.

WIMAX is different. It has nothing to do with CDMA phones. I think SLT will give priority to rural areas where they can't/haven't drawn fibre optic rings.

WI-FI is there ne? You can only use it in a small area. WiMAX is for for large areas.

Fibre optics are expensive, but they are installing fibre optic rings and killing microwave transmission (antennas). Even though the primary costs are higher in Fibre Optics, there's hardly any maintenance, and you can send more data. So they can give more services and ask us to pay for them
