Before making those 'seemingly' advanced settings, just by doing the basics what i've shown is more than enough to make the downloading to go at top-notch.

I Have Adsl Modem .. So Can't I configured those stuffs & get maximum speed...
I'm not a regular torrent user..Coz of less speed..

Sorry mate you can't 'coz port forwarding feature isn't there in modems

I was talking about dialog BB and without having to make any tweaks in the bit-torrent client to go over 'the restrictions' put on by dialog plus that post was made sometime back and many had complaints at the time about the slowness in the speeds in p2p downloading when a certain limit (in GBs) is being crossed.

R u talking about HSPA??
limit is 5GB.. after that download speed is limited to 364Kbps.. after 6GB it'll be 64Kbps

Umba oya kiyanne Dialog HSPA genada? yep e connection ekata nam man hithanne 14000 gaanak yanawa. but if u have a University ID u can buy it for 7490/=
it's 7.2Mbps, but they are limiting it after 5GB machan.. if u wanna download torrents this is not the answer machan..
why don't u go for SLT ADSL... u can take SLT Mega no? the land connection.. i think it's only 8000/= (not sure).. then u can take ADSL
