Elakiri is all about off-topic. :D

Anyway, the PSU has nothing to do with the actual power consumption. Well, sort of. Because efficiency is a PSU criteria.

Did you know that the electricity unit prices have increased? Try to keep it less than 180 or you're done for!!! Usually the PC has not much of an effect on the electricity bill. It's the kettle, heater, motor, iron and fridge which use the majority of power. Try to reduce from these areas. We could save 70 unit in the last month just by not using the electric kettle and ironing more cloths at the same time. This 70 units saved us Rs.2000!!!

It's not gonna work. You have to show with proof. They always blame us and the PC.

Macho check whether you have forwarded your port(for torrent client) correctly. I think thats the problem. if you need help contact me. My mail address is [email protected]
Port forwarding is only applicable for uploads AFAIK. Most of the times, my port forwarding doesn't work (don't know why. It's a problem with the modem), and still I get 52-55kBps
