All in all don't worry we haven't changed although we have lost our skills and the good areas of our culture, the other parts remain the same.

I don't think anyone here said there are no virgins to be found, either in Colombo or elsewhere. Neither will you be banned from Elakiri just because you expressed your views. Everybody is entitled to their opinion. The problem here is, it is ignorant and stupid to judge people based on their clothing and lifestyle. Nobody has a right to tell others how to live their lives. And we can't classify people as good and bad based on something like virginity.
The best thing would be that you live as you want, and they live the way they want to. Culture is not a static thing. It changes. If enough people want it to remain as it is, it won't change. Otherwise it will change. You can't hold it in the same way forever, anymore than you can stop running water with your bare hands.
