People do make mistakes as well machan. We all have done at least one reckless driving during our life time. I think it's better to have a proper mitigation system than to curse the victims for their negligence.

True.. but these three wheel guys are a disaster. I do cut them to size whenever I get the chance (on the road). I have nothing against them. They mostly are good hearted people - but some of them don't have a functional brain.
