LOL.Ask a one who had done it.
Go to shanthi plastics.Get a 2.5mm/3.0mm(2.5mm would enough) acrylic sheet.Unfortunately they charge for the whole sheet length coz they cant sell it back.Will cost you 600Rs.They cut the shape you want,including holes of any diameter.Just bring the design to them and cut it there.
Just draw what shape you need to be removed,go to a welding shop/Garage that repair body damages and you can cut it out with Oxi-acytilin flame and dremel.Or just like us,Find a dremel and cut it off.A blade would be 60 Rs.
