Travel from Trinco to Nilaveli?

Hi Guys!

We have planned to visit Trinco this month. So, We hope go to "Nilaveli Beach" as well.
If you know anything about travelling there, please answer the following questions.

• I learnt from a YouTube video that to reach there from Trinco town, we can take the "Trinco - Pulmoddai - 900) bus. But, It also recommends to travel there in the morning as the bus wouldn't be easiest way. Is it true? How often buses work? Will there be buses in the evening (3 - 6 pm)?
• What about the "Tuk Tuks"? How much for one way? Would it be difficult to catch one?
• Maybe, We will stay at "Trinco Blu by Cinnamon"? If that's the case, what would be the answers to the above questions?
