Looks like FUP kicked in yesterday. I asked SLT if there is a network problem they said "NO".... But my friends place he hasn't used even 8GB and he says his line is also slow so can't rule out a network problem yet.

I am using 5 Mbps Connection.My Uploading and Downloading speed are good...I have checked the Uploading speed and Downloading speed of the internet at Ip-Details.com My Uploading speed is 0.213Mbps and Downloading speed is 4.0Mbps.
