This is utter rubbish.. I cannot imagine how this bugger hear the conversation between the man and girl from such a distance.

This has been done due to a personal reason (mad gahann). Whoever write this tries to emphasize more abt personal details of the Marshal. What is the connection between Marshal buying new car and this incident? Even talking and adding pictures of Marshal's daughter???

I am pretty much sure whoever writes this would have caught to Marshal due to miss behavior within university premises..
