This is a tut on how to get Fly Stealer 0.2 and set it up on your own webpage.
Download Fly Stealer 0.2

Signup and create a web host.
Free unlimited web hosting with unlimited transfer, 3GB storage, Unlimited domain names
After signing up, go to the cPanel and Login:

Go to "MySQL Databases"
Create a new database
Create a new user and add that user to the database
(When you get a permissions screen, check EVERYTHING!)
Now go to the Fly Stealer folder and extract the "php" archive.
Right click on "Config" hit "Open with--->Notepad"
Put in your SQL database information and scroll down and edit the "access details"
Now save the notepad.
Go back to your cPanel
http://www.free-web-host.me:2082/
Go to "File manager" and hit "Go"
Click "Upload" at the top
Now, you want to upload EVERY FILE IN THE "PHP" FOLDER AFTER YOU HAVE EDITED CONFIG.PHP!
Your 99% done!
Go to
Yourwebsite.200u.com/install.php
Hit "Install"
Go back to file manager and delete install.php after its done!
Now go to
Yourwebsite.200u.com/
Your finished! Now just to set up Fly Stealer 0.2...
