The gang from The Suite Life of Zack and Cody take to the seas in this new Disney series. Zack, Cody, London and Mr. Moseby move from the well-appointed halls of the posh Tipton Hotel to London's father's luxurious cruise ship, the S.S. Tipton. Zack, Cody, and London enroll in a semester-at-sea program, which London's father hopes will make her a better student. Mr. Moseby has taken on the responsibility of watching over the three. There are also plenty of opportunities for mischief aboard the S.S. Tipton.

Zack and Cody attend Seven Seas High School aboard the S.S. Tipton, where Mr. Moseby is the cruise ship manager. Cody gets a roommate even messier than Zack. Meanwhile, London and Bailey are on a mission to prove that Miss Tutweiller is dating Mr. Moseby after overhearing a conversation between the two.

International Dateline
The ship is struck by lightning when it crosses the International Dateline, which places Cody in the same day over and over. He tries to use each day as a chance to let Bailey know how he feels about her, but something gets in the way every time. It's then up to Cody to divert the ship from the lightning to set them back on the right course.

The S.S. Tipton visits Greece. While there, they meet Arwin's cousin Milos. Cody gives Bailey a replica of the amulet of the new exhibit to impress her, but turns out that he gave her the real one instead! Milos, Cody, Bailey and Zack hatch a plan to switch the amulets. Meanwhile, London has trouble creating a speech for the museum's new exhibit.

When Cody is fired for tricking guests of their towels, he dresses up as monster and steps onto his soap box made of trash to get the guests and Mr. Moseby to listen to his ideas, get the ship on a "greener" path and get his job back.
