Ubuntu + Airtel HSDPA / help need

Kawda Ubuntu 9.04 wala Airtel HSDPA Connection 1ka use karanneee.i cant connect to the Internet.software not installing.what is the wrong? help mee plz

My modem is BandLuxe HSUPA 7.2Mbps USB C270
