Normally oya use karana directory eka thama (/home/<user_name>) directory eka. Oyage okkoma files save karanne eake. (/home/) directory eka wena partition ekakata daapu eka hondai, mokada okkoma userslage user-folders hadenne eake nisa (except the root user).

Normally SWAP space eka = RAM * 2. Oyage memory eka wage degunayak.

Mata pena hetiyata nan kohoma unath 25GB alocate karapu eka nan aparade root partition ekata (whatever u mean by the root).

25 GB for root ( / ) is too much. 10 GB is enough for that.
Swap needs only RAM x2. So 5GB swap means you must have 2.5 GB memory or at least 2GB memory.
if you're using databases like mysql or pgsql on that machine, then allocate some separate space for the /var folder.
Give the rest (and largest space) to /home

check the bios settings to set the boot priority so that it boots from CD ROM first.
    Then boot from the CD.
