The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus is a fantastical morality tale, set in the present day. It tells the story of Dr Parnassus and his extraordinary ?Imaginarium?, a travelling show where members of the audience get an irresistible opportunity to choose between light and joy or darkness and gloom. Blessed with the extraordinary gift of guiding the imaginations of others, Dr Parnassus is cursed with a dark secret. Long ago he made a bet with the devil, Mr Nick, in which he won immortality. Many centuries later, on meeting his one true love, Dr Parnassus made another deal with the devil, trading his immortality for youth, on condition that when his first-born reached its 16th birthday he or she would become the property of Mr Nick?

The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus movie is directed by Terry Gilliam. The movie really attention grabbing as it is full of fantasy and mysteries. The story of this movie revolves around Dr. Parnassus who has extraordinary powers and is leading a traveling theater group. He has such incredible supremacies that are able to control the mind of anyone and can direct anyone’s imaginations. Unfortunately several years ago Dr. Parnassus had made a deal with a devil Mr. Nick according to this deal he will have to hand over his daughter Valentina to the evil when she will reach the age of 16. Now valentina has come to this age and Mr. Nick the devil comes to take her away. But as usual this time he negotiates again. Now he announces that the winner of first five souls will be the winner of Valentina. The group of Dr. Parnassus is joined by some mysteries guests they all get ready to rescue Valentina from cruel hands of Mr. Nick. Dr. Parnassus also assures her daughter that he would save her from devil Mr. Nick.
