I have Virgin 50Mbps, But the problem is they use traffic management from 10am to 9pm. Which basically reduce your speed, but in the night it's super fast.

SLT cannot successfully give a speed over 4Mbps due to the condition of their copper lines. I know this as a fact since a typical copper cable must be replaced at least every 30yrs or so to provide the optimum bandwidth. Because of this still the ADSL technology used here is ADSL ver 1.0 which is actually from the 1980's. SLT will have to replace all their copper cables with newer good grade wires if they wish to enter the ADSL 2+ standard which provides these types of speeds. I dont think they will do any of these in the near future cos at the moment the company is in dire straits these days with many job cuts planned.

we doesn't need any high speed internet connections. just 512KBPS may enough if slt can give it for reasonable monthly rental at least 1000/= or less
